Community Bible Study

Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class member receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowship meals will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

This is a Women's Class
Wednesdays at 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Currently Studying: Return to Jerusalem

This study of Isaiah highlights God’s power, sovereignty, holiness, trustworthiness, and salvation.    It provides historical background that illuminates what was happening in Isaiah’s time and speaks to the situations of our day and even beyond.   Questions about life, human nature, and God bring insight.    Class members will realize that the judgment of God is best understood in the context of His righteousness and justice.   They will also rejoice in the exciting prophecies concerning the Messiah and find comfort in Isaiah’s words of encouragement about a glorious future.

Children & Youth Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry.

If you’re learning to speak English as a second language, then this specialised CBS group – Ethnos – might be just perfect for you! Our cities, neighborhoods, schools and communities are multicultural, and it’s our desire to bring the life-transforming benefits of an in-depth Bible study to people whose first language is not English.

We realize that higher functional adults with special needs often get overlooked, so it’s our vision to provide a study environment where you’ll be treated with respect and care.  Agape is an in-depth Bible study for adults with special needs who want to study God’s Word together and share His love.
